Can I adjust my order after it has been placed?
If your order has not shipped you can cancel it and place a different order.
What types of coffee do you offer?
All of our coffees are farm, process, and variety specific. Some farms process several varieties together and have no way to sort them. Others are able to separate the different varieties they grow. Each coffee is unique and sometimes there are limited batch series depending on the process and variety.
What is the roast level of your coffees?
Most of our coffees are medium to light roasts that we believe best allow for all of the bean’s attributes to be perceived. Sometimes we will include a slightly darker roast if the specific bean type is best expressed with this type of roast. If you prefer darker roasts, let us know! We are happy to hear your comments and suggestions.
How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee?
We roast our coffee beans in small batches to ensure freshness. Additionally, we package them in airtight bags with one-way valves to preserve flavor and aroma.
Can you pre-grind coffee for my order?
Absolutely! We actually offer different grind types which you can choose at the time you make your order.
Do you offer gift certificates?
At the moment we do not. Please let us know if you are interested in this option to see how we can best accommodate to your needs.
Is your coffee organic?
100% All of our coffees are organic, biodynamic or in transition.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Yes, we are committed to sourcing our coffee beans from sustainable and ethically responsible farmers. We know each of the farmers personally and are directly connected with their business practices and environmental commitment.
How should I store my coffee beans?
To maintain freshness, store your coffee beans in an airtight container in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Is your coffee nut free and gluten free?
Absolutely. All of our coffee is 100% coffee. No additives, no infusions, no weird stuff.
Is your coffee Certified Bird-Friendly?
Not at the moment. We are currently working on acquiring participatory guarantee systems. More information on this to come!
Can I return or exchange my coffee if I'm not satisfied?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
Subscriptions
What coffee is included in the subscription?
Most coffees offered at the store will be included in the subscription. Some highly special and selective coffees may be added to subscriptions depending on availability. All coffees offered as a subscription are dependent on availability and are subject to change at any moment. We strive to always offer the coffee you will love the most.
Can I subscribe to any coffee on your menu?
Not all coffees are offered as subscriptions since some lots are so limited. You may be able to receive a highly special lot in one of your shipments, but it probably won't be recurring. We do offer our subscribers first dibs into the most selective and freshest lots we have. Sometimes you may even receive coffees we wont offer to the general public on our storefront.
Can I change my subscription coffee after purchase?
Depending on the change you require we may be able to make modifications. Please contact us and let us know your specific needs.
Can I add other coffees or products to my subscription?
Yes, our subscriptions allow you to include either chocolate or coffee and can be modified at any time. Just get in touch with us.
Can I have multiple subscriptions and credit cards in my account?
Absolutely!
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, anytime, no questions asked.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Anytime, no questions asked.
Can I adjust my subscription?
Unfortunately , this is not a feature we can offer at the moment. You would have to cancel your current subscription and create a new order with the new subscription you would like.
Can I reschedule my next subscription order?
Absolutely. Please get in touch with us so we can help you with this modification.
Shipping
Where is my coffee roasted?
Currently all of our coffee is roasted at origin in Colombia!
How long does it take to get my package?
8 - 10 business days
Do you ship internationally?
No, unfortunately this is not currently an option.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Events
How can I have Pure Heart Coffee as a party favor at my wedding, business meetings, or general gatherings?
We have worked closely with several different events to prive an all inclusive and personally tailored offer that will meet your needs. Please contact us about this option.
Wholesale
Can I become a wholesale partner?

Community
Do you give discounts?
Sometimes. We try to provide our clients with the best possible pricing that provides a fair wage to our farmers. While discounts are not often offered, keep an eye out for the rare occasion when we do!
Do you give away burlap coffee bags?
Since our coffee is roasted at origin, burlap sacks stay at origin. This is part of our sustainability efforts and optimizing packaging options.
