This natural process from la Floresta is a new limited batch we picked and process in 2023 that has now finally reposed enough to provide balance, depth, and incredible sweetness. This new batch boasts tasty notes of sweet blackberry moscato with dark chocolate and hazelnut.
We named this coffee after the Summer tanager bird which undergoes an incredibly beautiful transformation during their development. This bird changes from a mustard yellow color into a bright vivid red color before migrating back north to Mexico.
